I live in England and I find that as a cycle I always feel more ill when it gets to october and right through the winter i feel more isolated and depressed. I know about SADS syndrome but was wondering if anyone else feels that there DP in more intense at different times of the year? Note England is fucking gloomy place most of the time and i endevour to get out to warmer places.

I feel really awful during spring (april-may is worst). I think it's because of the strong sharp sunlight. When october comes around and it becomes darker, I feel MUCH better. I love fall and winter!

Yeah I'd agree. October through to mid December is the worst time for me, and slowly improve till I'm at my best in August, sometimes 100% better. Since I first became ill in October 2002 things have always followed this annual pattern.
