I felt really hopeful and good last week and now the DP is back after some stress put on me. I feel full blown paranoid now,.. I feel like I'm always going to have to stay inside my house, the biggest thing that scares me is I'll wake up in the middle of the night really confused and then look at the time go from say 1:00AM to like 4:00 really fast while im meditating. I also keep checking and thinking to see if i did something or i just thought about it but usually i did actually do something and its just my memory loss thats giving me these issues.


Meditation i found to stay grounded, it works a little

Don’t let it get to you that it came back. That’s what I always do, I get myself all upset that it comes back and that puts more stress and anxiety which in turn makes DP worse. You will have good days and bad days. I need to take my own advice on this :/
