Im 16 years old and in High School, what I noticed is that when I walk to my class, with my friend during lunch or paying attention in class everything seems to overwhelm me so much. My dp/dr has been very intense lately and in the past it would only come and go. I am having trouble processing everything even though I had dp/dr before. Also, when I am out of school and in my home on my computer I feel more grounded, though when I walk around my home I still feel like a ghost. I believe this is because I am focusing my attention to my computer and not my surroundings filled with people.
Do any of you know how to go about your day and not panic as much? I'm having trouble with this especially at school, I know I can't be on my computer forever...
