Hey, So 2 things that I've been feeling recently and was wondering if I'm the only one, cause I'm pretty much convincing myself that I'm going mad

1)Sleep

I am 16 and have suffered with dp for about 2 years now but recently its been a lot more frequent. Every night I will look at my clock and it will say maybe... i dunno 1am and I will toss and turn for what seems like hours. I'll then look at the clock again and it will say 7am and I genuinely won't be able to tell if i've been to sleep or not cause I feel like being awake and asleep is the same. How can I get over this ??? I don't feel tired but I also don't feel like i've just had a long sleep

2) Autopilot

For me, dp looks like this. My brain feels like it splits in half, one half will switch into autopilot and just do the walking, talking, eating and thinking. Then there's 'me' sitting in the other half of my brain watching it all happen and thinking about doing the actions after my body has even done them. It's like there's a constant little voice at the back of my head thinking about something other than what my brain and body is actually doing!!

Any advice would be much appreciated and if anyone wants to talk to anyone about anything, feel free to message me :))

Thanks
