does it never go away?
it has been gone for a few months with me
(felt like heaven)
but i'm still young, how long do you have it?
has it been away?
can you have a normal life with it?
cause i don't know anymore what the use of life is
if you have to live like this...

my dr used to be very severe and now it's pretty mild...it actually went away for years but it has been bothering me again. i think it all depends on the person, actually.

Hi,

Sure it does. Its not an illness. Its nothing more than a healthy reaction to intense anxiety. I had dp/dr for several years. As my anxiety levels declined, the dp/dr slowly faded away. Now that Im anxiety free, I no longer have dp/dr. Hang in there.

so it probably would go away again if i stopped school
but that's not an option,
and if it comes back every time i have to much stress
then will i ever be able, to have a normal life
