Im depersonalized 24/7 but in the morning and late night it gets better, but at the period of time when it starts to get darker outside like 6pm-7pm it gets really bad and i feel depressed, hopeless, then as soon as it gets completely dark, it gets better. Does anyone else have this?

Yes! My DPDR has been a lot better lately, but no matter how good of a day it is, I still get that feeling right around dusk, as the sun is setting. I even googled this and came upon a Reddit thread of people who had the same experience. Someone suggested that the sun setting kind of gives the world around you that “fake” look, which increases the DPDR feelings and spikes anxiety. That makes sense to me. As soon as it’s fully dark, I feel much better. It’s so odd! I’ve come to expect it, though, and just knowing the intensity will pass helps.
