I'd only recommend drinking if you're happy with where you're at in life and in a good, stable place mentally. It's not bad to socially have some drinks and party once or twice a week if that's the case
Otherwise, I'd stay away from it as it's just going to end up being a really negative thing.

use to, now it doesn't, but not anymore. I've made big steps in recovery/had this a while.

At the start it was totally counter productive, use to make me more anxious and the next day was hell..
