I'm not anxious of people, I'm very good around people but if my anxiety is bad I get paranoid in public and it could be anytime unexpectedly. Tommorow I'm going to give you my advice on how to deal with your issue, it's not over trust me there are many ways you can heal yourself. Just look into meditation first

Yes and it probably caused the onset of my DP from an early age, as I would disassociate from people to 'protect' myself. I try to avoid toxic people like a plague now but I've never seem to been able to recover over my symptoms even though I have many good friends.
