Hello everyone,

I wanted to ask you if when you get moments when you feel better you have the feeling that something is missing in you, that you don't feel 100% yet

It's hard to explain

I hope someone has understood what I mean

I experimented that some weeks ago. In first place I though I felt better, but this happens when you get used to depersonalization.
Do you feel better but you feel equally absent and not the person you were before right? Maybe you can do more to stay calm, eat and interact a little more, but still feel “strange”?

I don't know how to escape that, but it is exactly what you describe. I have an appointment with a psychiatrist in two weeks. Hope he can help me.
