Hello!

I have a question to you all, especially the ones who got this from marijuana use: do you have have eye movement problems such as jittery eye movements or the tendency of the eyes to flicker around when the person is trying to look steadily at something? Unstable, dizzy vision like the background is moving a bit when you focus at a particular point?

Might be blood pressure related due to stress response. The eyes are really senotive to blood prrssure changes. Maybe get a baseline reading of your BP during the day and then see if it changes when youre experiencing symptoms. They sell blood pressure cuffs at drug stores for cheap and theyre actually easy to use... also, have you had a thyroid lab done yet?

I have my blood pressure checked but not thyroid, I doubt if that is related to that though

I went to the doctor for the cracking sounds in my ears and changing air pressure, but they eliminated bbpv because I don't feel dizzy...it is just that my eyes feels dizzy and unstable which gives me a dizzy feeling, as I explained above...

I thought it has to do with the brain rather than the ears when it comes to involuntary eye movements, that's why I was wondering if dp/dr people experience these symptoms as well?

Hmm I get involuntary eye movements i always guessed it was my ears , it could be from a headache disorder .
Do you have headaches now or in the past ?

I'm actually the type of person who would get little headaches if I don't eat or sleep much but since this derealization started, those headaches are a bit gone somehow, my head doesn't feel normal really...but I had nothing like migraine or chronic migraine or anything like that before this.

What kind of problem do you have with your ears, may I ask?
