Do you experience delusional thinking?

Well, one doesn't even need schizophrenia to engage in delusional thinking (although obviously psychotic delusions tend to be more extreme.) E.g. personality disorders such as paranoid personality disorder and narcissistic personality disorder may produce delusional thinking as well. There's a need to distinguish between a clearly psychotic type of delusion (such as some guy who thinks he's Napoleon) and a narcissistic delusion, whereas some guy thinks he's the best, when by all objective measures he isn't.
