I find that trying to do the things that make me uncomfortable actually end up helping, my anxiety flairs up thinking about going out but taking my dog for a walk in the park with headphones helps, tidying my room and making sure I’ve had a shower and generally just keeping a routine no matter how difficult it is

Learning or doing something productive and doing things that scare you, like @AlphaApe_ mentioned. I also find talking with people and socializing helps. I recently got into Deep Rock Galactic on Steam and its a blast to play with friends. A good jolly gaming session with friends for an hour or two can have me almost symptoms free for the rest of the evening tbh.

Its all about occupying your mind with something you find worth it and interesting. It might feel scary and like a chore at first but once you force yourself to try and focus on something else for just a little while, you feel less symptoms afterwards. That is my experience at least :)
