Hi guys, not really sure what I want to say here.

I've had very little luck with therapy helping the DPDR. I have found consistency in sleep to be a major help. But meditation and grounding exercises haven't made a massive difference. My psychologist wanted me go squeeze my arms and legs or a rock and focus on that feeling. However my body is so numb that I cant feel much and it doesnt seem to help.

I'm currently titrating on Lamotrigine and am at 75mg. I'm really excited to see the impact, but I am scared that it isnt going to make a difference.

What has worked for you? Any advice I can implement to get a bit more relief?
