Detachment

My dp seems to wanna detach me further from my body or something. I played video games nearly everyday with my dp but today just didnt feel right you know. My hands feel so detached from me that i cant perform well in competitive games such as fortnite. My hands feel kind of heavy and detached from me while playing that its like i cant really move my analog stick quick enough in the form of way i want. Its so weird. Is it possible for the detachment to go away at some point? Because i really cant play like this. Am i becoming even more detached? Whats the deal here?

Maybe you are just having a few bad days with more intense dissociation? It can come and go in waves :/
