I've been dealing with depersonalisation/ derealisation for 2 years now, and I'm struggling to communicate what it's like to my friends and family. To help express myself, I decided to try and make a drawing or a painting to try and visualise the feeling, but I'm kinda lost on how to do it. Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this, I'm new to the site
