Does anybody have advice for staying concentrated during school as well as memorizing concepts. These are two things I have a very hard time with due to my depersonalization, and I think it is starting to impact my grades...

any advice would be great!

Eating healthy breakfast and small meals throughout the day helps me at least. I love having snacks available all the time! (fruits, nuts, yoghurt etc.) Also drinking a decent amount of water through the day. These things both keeps you energized and healthy, but the very act of eating and drinking itself helps me keeping myself grounded. It's like a reminder "oh, i have to eat food to function and i can feel my stomach getting filled up etc.)
