Hello, I have found being very active and running 3-4 miles a day actually helps with my DP/DR and lessens some of the depression that goes along with it. If any of you guys want some relief and want to have some fun go run a marathon or a 5k.

It won't completely take away your DP/DR symptoms but it defiantly helps you mentally & physically. It gives you less time to think and more time to be active.

Totally agree. Exercise has long been my favorite positive tool for coping. It has worked so well that I have made the mistake of not pursuing other means of getting better as much as should have been. Lately my foot has been injured and I've been trying new things like this website, yoga, more meditation, ect. I think the power of potential solutions working together is something I have undervalued. Just because one thing doesn't completely cure you doesn't mean it lacks value.
