make a poll, be much easier to read.

I know 1 person who does have both, but I don't know if I'd put them in the same box as I had delayed sleep 10 years before this started, i think you tackle them separately if you ask me, but who knows

Yes, absolutely, 200%....I have it, and it is very rare in people who aren't blind.. This is also know an 24 hour sleep wake disorder. I'm in my early 40's and have had this since I was a teenager, but it was more manageable back then and in my early 20's. It's 4:11 am right now and I'm trying to "adjust" my sleeping pattern so I can be present at Christmas.

Yeh I pretty much have this, awake until midnight at least, always lie in bed for an hour before drifting off. Also like rob since I was a teenager and wake up exausted. Need to sleep until 10 or 11 am each day, pretty rough. Could be related for sure, I dont get restful sleep

Can you add to the poll if it started before or after DP?

just this is important, mine was as stated long long before DP, so i feel saying Yes, would not define anything...
Mine started way before, but was much more controllable back then. To be honest I didn't really have it when I smoked weed 15-20 years ago (that should in no way be taken as as suggestion to smoke weed). I gain about 1-2 hours per day in my sleep cycle unless I aggressively fight it, but when I fight it, I always end up sleep deprived. I find myself planning social events and appointments around my sleeping habits...I have to carefully coordinate my sleep weeks in advance for something important.
