So as the title says, I'm dealing with DP again and I would like some advice as to what to do, diet plans or anything that could really help.
I'm feeling desperate, my family says that I have schizophrenia but I feel completely depersonalized, no inner voice, no nothing.
Please suggest me some meds on which I should be.
At the moment I'm on Aripiprazole, Effexor, Mendilex and Lorazepam, all of which are for treating schizophrenia, I wanna ask which meds have helped you guys and how long did you take them.
