Anyone have de ja vu as a symptom of their DP. Sometimes it crops up for me when scary thoughts pop into my head. Just wondering if this happens for anyone else.

I was going to make a post about this myself just before I saw this! De ja vu has been a recent addition to my symptoms of DR/DP, but it's been happening more and more frequently. Very unsettling at times! ://

I pretty much have deja vu 24/7 sleep has big impact on it and my anxiety levels I am nearly 2 years in with dp and Dr but it has become more manageable some days.
