Yeah, I have a LOT of trouble remembering things. Other people remember more about what I do than I do. It's actually quite disturbing. All these things I've done and places I've gone and I have sooo much trouble remembering. For example, I had gone to my friends house with my cousin and I didn't realise that earlier in the year she'd already been there. We even all slept over. But I just can't remember it at all. They gave me enough cues describing the even that I should've been able to, but I couldn't. And this happens all the time. I understand that some things I might just not remember because it's not important, but really, if I'm reminded of something that happened earlier in the year, I should be able to recall it.

I was in the car with my boyfriend earlier today and completely forgot where I was going. I wasn't even sure what day it was... I thought maybe it was tomorrow already and we were going to the train station, but then I remembered we were going to the pet store for dog food.

This freaks me out cuz I've had a lot of psychiatric evaluations and they always ask if you know where you are and what day it is. I always answered correctly and thought man I'm not that crazy. But I guess I'm getting there.

It's funny how some people mention the feeling's of any mental illnesses similar to the move "Groundhog Day" LOL It really does at my worst...It' seems like that movie.

I would think that nothing would change everyday. Like if I planned to get in shape....would the exercise I do today, have any effect in the long run, or does it reset everday...I basically lost all sense of time, it was weird...

Now for some reason I got all that sense of time back and know that what I do today will effect tomorrow and the upcomming future...Funny how things change....

this thought and feeling happens when you have no structure to your daily routine
Probably true of some people but I lived just about the most structured life a person could possibly create this summer - eating at the same time, sleeping at the same time, doing pretty much the same thing every day- and I felt the same way.

This happens to me very noticeably if I just sit around for a few hours. I feel like my mind begins to enter some sort of trance-induced time warp. I did nothing last night but the hours simulataneously felt like they stretched on forever and also like they were gone in the blink of an eye. Its usually followed by disorientation along with DP/DR.
