-Revise Polish vocabulary
-Make notes on Polish cases and revise noun declensions
  • 3 * 30 push ups, 2 * 25 clean and press, 2 * 30 kettle bell curls, 30 kettle bell swings
  • 90 minutes of walking a day

So far I've been following this pretty well, but sometimes I don't complete all of my walking or write notes. It depends on how mentally exhausted I get from DP.

I'm thinking about running too, perhaps 1.5-2 miles. I've not ran in a long time, so perhaps just something small to help me lose weight faster. But I'll have to start tomorrow because I haven't felt good these last two days, and I'm just not ready yet.
I usually like to go in the early morning when no one is around.
