It depends what difference you are talking about. If you have strong myopia for example, things are supposed to look bigger in comparison to what you see with glasses, until you get used to it. And it's the opposite with farsightedness. But I don't think that has anything to do with DPDR. What I'm talking about is just optics.

Does anyone else notice a huge difference wearing contact lenses vs prescription glasses?
