In very bad times,go easy on yourself.dont listen to wrong advice.Even some experts can get it wrong.Do only what you feel instinctively is right for you in your recovery.Apply this in looking for work as well.Just because most people work 9 to 5 in an office doesnt mean you have to as well.in fact, most people doing this would prefer to be doing something else anyway.Go at your own pace and results will follow.

Hola,
What I have been able to gather from this disorder, is that it is different for everyone. So with this in mind, your recovery, or just even feeling better from day to day will also be different for everyone who has DP. However, the one key that I believe holds true for everyone is to try to stay as POSITIVE as possible. No competition, no "measuing up", just positive thinking. Remember, "if you can't change your situation, change your attitude."

I wish you well,

Tony
