More intense, almost neon colours. It depends what the light conditions are like. Overcast days for me make contrasting colours quite unpleasant to look at. A bit like looking at the television or computer with the colour saturation turned up too high so that everything looks unreal and cartoonish. However on a nice sunny day in late afternoon, the colours can be more normal to me. For some reason, if I ever see red next to a green, the colours seem to jump out at me and they are quite harsh to look at. If I move my eyes quickly across a bright colour, I will sometimes see trails. This usually gets worse if I am really tired or hungover or am starting a new antidepressant. I'm yet to work out a definite way of improving it. Probably being rested and feeling content over a long period and avoiding anything that upsets the chemical balance in the brain.
