I take cbd with a tincture and it usually relaxes me for a good 5/6 hours, but if you wanted something fast acting like a xanax you would have to go for a cbd vape. also youre not supposed to take cbd oil along side those drugs, i forgot what happens but it interacts negatively with them and could slow your heart rate too much. also cbd is really unlike any sorta anxiety med so you wont feel the difference right away, i just get less anxious and notice a huge decrease in overall anxiety without any funky side effects.
