I took CBD again today for the first time in months.... it has spaced me out a bit. But then I feel more relaxed and have been more positive emotionally.... Hard to say, I will take it for a few days. Have been having chamomile tea and lemon balm recently as well and then cooling it overnight and drinking it the next day. Might add hemp leaves to this concoction as well.
Have tried this before and had this impact at first which then seems to level out with tolerance perhaps. But this time seems more spacey... have been taking serotonin supplements (5HTP, tryptophan) as well as probiotics... so I don't know if I have more serotonin available and it is impacting me via that mechanism... will see how tomorrow goes
