Ironically, the dp/dr can feel pretty dang real I bet.
It has drained the color, meaning and life out of the world and your self. (Like your photo ;-) ) Work to get your feelings and emotions tangled up with the real world (cultivate healthy emotional attachments to keep engaged with the world and others), and the feeling of reality will drip back in.
I sometimes felt much worse before I got better. (It's darkest before the dawn.) When I felt I was falling deep into unreality and about to drown, it was as if I had fallen out of the bottom of it and back into reality. Whatever feelings you have, reality is no less solid and real; trust that. You're never lost: you're always right where you are. Your dp/dr is deluding you; it has less weight, reality and substance than a dream, and soon you will realize that.
I think you know what to do. Hang in there and keep it up, no matter how you feel!
Thats how it works u get better than worse and vice versa. Get bike and go cycle every day 4-5 hours many miles be outside most of the day at home do pushups, in few weeks u will be 90% recovered. Take vitamins also. trust me it will change your dp/dr completely u will barely feel it
