Anxiety, stress, depression, phobias etc all these are symptoms of the mental health Disabilities. I'm also suffering from depression for the last one year and I am still fighting to get it over and my Emotional Support Animal is helping me cope with that. Yes, An emotional support animal can help you a lot with your mental health Disabilities line anxiety, depression etc. Emotional support animals are the best antidote of anxiety. Any animal can be treated as an emotional support animal if you have a qualifying mental health condition. My therapist suggested that I should take the assistance of an emotional support animal as I was having a dog as a pet so I didn't purchase any other pet as an ESA. However, if you don't have a pet you can take a recommendation from your therapist and get the ESA for you. Your ESA will always be there for you to support you and to care for you. I am very happy to have someone always there for me when I feel low and depressed every time.
