Thanks for the answers in this thread! I am trying to fight anxiety now, and I have already tried so many ways, but nothing seems to help. It has been more than two years since I got my first “feeling,” and I still cannot get rid of it completely.
The only thing that seems to help is my emotional support dog. I feel way better when she’s around me and can feel her constant love and support. I don’t know how but it helps me feel better. That’s why I try to have her around me as often as possible. I read the Emotional support animal guide and plan to get an ESA letter from a psychiatrist to have proof I need this animal around me at all costs.
But what else can I do to fight it?
