Hey guys im getting better. I think I feel okay at times, my dpdr is better but I cant seem to let go of it and just live my life.
I think im getting out of dpdr but im unable to "accept" reality the way it is. Maybe it's just the obsession. Not sure if others feel this way.

I completely relate. I think my OCD and anxiety hold onto the ideas even when I feel better. That part is harder for me than the DP itself sometimes. I’m going through a dip right now. I know the more I stay present and go on like “normal” I can get out of my head.
