I feel myself obsessing over my body and others body’s. Like I’m an Alien who just entered the human body and is trying to figure it out. God that sounds so weird! I find myself counting my fingers and feeling my limbs. Watching tv is like watching aliens on screen, “is that what I look like” “is that what humans are”. I have these familiar references of when I wasn’t going through dpdr. I just keep trying to make it all click again. It’s like I just can’t fathom what life is anymore, like it doesn’t make sense. It’s all very existential feeling. I don’t really focus/worry too much on my surroundings or environment which is a positive.
