My biggest problem is the weird drunk vision but the second problem is being so tired. Idk if it’s just my eyes or my whole body but literally an hour after I get up I need to get back in bed and close my eyes. The past few days Iv been napping for a few hours a day just hours after I wake up and then I’m in bed for the rest of the day. how do I stop being so damn tired ?

Think it's common. When I am off work I spend 10-14 hours in bed, 6-10 of them are sleep. In my case it's purely lack of interest to do anything else, lack of motivation. That in itself makes me tired. There can be a million different reasons why you are tired tho. Dpdr is stressful so if you add the normal life stresses it is a wrecking ball imo. Try exercise or just walk for 15 minutes and see if you feel better. It is very easy to treat your body like a bag of shit when you feel down. Eat right, be somewhat active(hardest imo), if you use your phone alot so it affects your planned sleep dont have it close to the bed etc. Try to focus all your energy towards something that you enjoy still. If you don't want to be awake you will be tired. Some thoughts! Good luck.

There lies the problem! I was the same, 0 energy, chronic fatigue, along with DP/DR.. Was completely braindead .. DP/DR is not about resting your brain, nor crappy term they use "coping mechanism" lol thats completely wrong. You need to WAKE your brain, oversleeping wont help u. You need physical activity, intense physical activity (lifting weights, street workout, pushups, martial arts) to get back to your normal self. I spent really ALOT money on tests, doctors, etc. All that money is wasted, my body was healthy ( although u should do tests to see how you go). You need to wake your brain, and best way to do it is intense workout. In few days, you will be 70% better if you workout hard through the every day. I found pushups to be most effective, do your max, break the limits every day (also take mulitvitamins+minerals specially vitamin D3) and you will be normal. Your brain chemistry is messed probably, like it was in case with me. Intense physical training restart your brain, it simply pump your brain with everything that is good, removing old and producing new. Thats how it works and is definitely fastest and most effective way to remove DP/DR. Although, there are some things that can help develop brain fog/DP for example toxins, heavy metals etc. i You can do mercury test , or u might have candida i dont know. But you can fix even that in just a month with Zeolite + NAC supplementing and healthy eating. Its cheap, you dont need alot money, you just need will. I really wish somebody listen to me im pretty sure 99% of you would recover. Again, i say if you are healthy and tests are fine, this is definitely what will recover you

Medications can cause sleepiness just as much as they can cause insomnia...

Depression can cause sleepiness just as much as it can cause insomnia...

Bad diet can cause sleepiness just as much as it can cause insomnia...

DP can cause sleepiness just as much as it can cause insomnia...

Pregnancy can cause sleepiness just as much as it can cause insomnia...

ETC ETC ETC...

Maybe your mind simply needs the rest....One things for sure...I would rather be able to sleep longer than put up with the damn chronic insomnia i go through regularly because of DP........

My advice....If you can sleep more do it.....Because if insomnia starts to kick in you will be wishing for the narcolepsy back.....(NOT saying you have Narcolepsy by the way...Just using the term as a buzz word)
