Currently in my senior year so I’ve got a bunch of tests coming up and speeches I’m supposed to memorise. The problem is my brain fog, it makes it absolutely impossible to remember all the material (which I’ve definitely not struggled with before). So I’m basically just asking if anyone has any tips on how to remember things when it seems impossible to think. I really want to graduate with decent grades so any advice would be greatly appreciated!:)

Sleep, diet, and exercise. I shoot for least 8 hours of sleep a night, I eat keto so no sugar, starches, gluten, excessive carbs. I also try to exercise daily for 30-60mins or at least every other day. Not to brag but people consider me to be one of the sharpest/smartest person they know. I was somewhat this way growing up, but after dp/dr I was a mess. Developed horrible social anxiety, couldn’t speak without stuttering, couldn’t hold conversations, and could never maintain eye contact with anyone. Work on being as healthy as possible. Keep your head up, you’ll be fine.
