i had everything you described, except the muscle twitching stopped a while ago, and i wouldn't call the ringing in my ears "light", it drives me nuts sometimes. short answer, anxiety and adrenaline.
Brain blood circulation
Does anyone have the effect of mild headache in different parts of the brain, sometimes its like a burning feeling. It increases when I try to go to sleep, everything seems with its volume turned up, every sound makes me twitch, little muscle spasms all over my body.
I have this constant light ringing in my ears, can't listen to my black/death metal tunes anymore :evil:, because it feels like someone is hitting me with a sledge hammer.

the ringing is apparently from muscle inflamation in the neck/jaw, or so says the ear doc who told me to take 600mg ibuprofin 3x a day for it, but i'm scared of stomach ulcers and already popping plenty of pills. as long as i know it's not permenant, i can deal. Valium stops my tinnitus quick, cuz it's a heck of a powerful muscle relaxant.
