heya

Last night I was lying in bed trying to get to sleep as usual with some relaxing music on, all was well (or as well as it ever gets) when I suddenly had sleep starts - those funny body shock things where your body jolts for some reason. Then all of a sudden .. bam dr as worse as I have had it in 2-3 months. Sleepless night and work today was utter hell!!!

After my shock it felt like my brain electricity or whatever it is was buzzing around at 6000% of usual, It freaked me out a treat!!!!

Does anyone else have this, or is this a unique drug related dr symptom?

Hi Danny
I had this before. It is like your brain is in overdrive & you can't switch off. You want to run from your own mind, you are sick of yourself, its like an uninvited guest has moved in & doesn't want to go home!

Focus outward, train yourself to concentrate on different things like a good book or conversation.
