Hi, I used to have a very loud inner monologue but now no matter what I cannot get that voice back. It may seem like a trivial issue but my memory is also affected. What exactly causes some people with DP to develop the blank mind and others not to? What is the best approach to "fixing" it if one has it? Is it still anxiety ?!!
Without the inner monologue, I feel like I can't think properly nor even enjoy reading any books & I get zero thoughts in the day ... there's nothing that I can "discuss" or ponder over with myself.
I am an active person, I eat healthy, I take vitamins...No doctor has helped me...please help if you've suffered and recovered from this particular symptom
