I have had dp for many years. But for the last 7 days it has been literally 100%. I cannot feel a damn thing especially when I drive. Having severe depression and anxiety doesn't help. I am literally afraid I will go delirious.

Anyone has had these severe attacks? I feel better at night when I am home. Having some sleeping issues too started around the same time....difficulty getting up.

yeah i’ve felt that a lot in the past month, almost 2. it’s calmed down a lot recently though. it was like i would have a panic attack falling asleep and then the second i opened my eyes it would continue. it gets better
