Imagine there is a medicine which costs 10 000 Dollar , and your DR will be "cured" immediately after taking it.. You wouldnt buy it , because since you know there is easy way out , you will loose your fear of DR and loose DR.

If you have DR because of Anxiety , the way to get out of DR quite fast.

You have to convince yourself that DR is not a threat : I like to tell myself, I swear to God I know Its only DR and a Symptom of Anxiety and I know it. DR will dissappear when you get more confidence. Confidence is the opposite of fear.

But if a person originally got DR from anxiety, then it seems obvious that "not fearing" the DR won't be enough to get out of it. After all, they weren't afraid of the DR when they originally got the DR, so why should it stop by not fearing it? Seems like the answer would be to work on whatever it was that caused the anxiety in the first place, assuming they aren't too far gone that they are still ABLE to identify and work on it. And that's a problem in and of itself.

So, yes, I would pay everything I have and put myself in a decent amount of debt if it meant an instant cure.
