Hey everyone, hope everyone is doing better. A few months ago after a panic attack, I started to have these "unexplained" muscle spasms that had me very worried. I asked around and nobody could quite explain it fully. But the other night I searched online to find symptoms (as scared as was to do so) and found something exactly describing what I've been experiencing.
It's called Benign Fasciculation Syndrome. Basically, from the stress and anxiety that has build up in me I've "caught" this. Now, for you probably on the edge of your seat, this is nothing serious. Not serious whatsoever. Symptoms are: mild skin burning sensation, heightened anxiety during because of fasciculation (spasm), eye floaters, and some others. Often, it passes in the time of 6 months to a year. In rare cases, it stays for longer. But now that I know what it is, it's not that bothersome anymore.
If you want anymore info, just Google it because I lost the site right now. I keep posted and maybe send a link when I find it once again.
