By now that it's been beaten into our head that the solution for dp is being mindful, being present, and the merits of meditation to achieve this end. But meditating isn't possible all day unless you move to an ashram so a better way to react with the present moment is by embracing spontaneity. This mindset allows you to live more in the present so that your life may unfold as it needs to in order for it to make sense. It allows one the means to develop the personal narrative necessary to make sense of life and to heal.
