Ive noticed being alone helps a bit but then at times being alone or eg being on the phone doesn't help at all you still panic and all but then im also scared to go out in case i embarrass my self or being in certain environments make it worse anyone else like this?

It depends on your personality, i guess. For some people like myself, staying alone and away from other people makes it easier to cope with mental health issues. However, some people like to have a support system, someone or some people who can give them the emotional support they need. They feel more comfortable around familiar faces while dealing with their issues.
