So for the past week EVERY NIGHT I wake up an hour or so after I fall asleep and I wake up confused and scared with thoughts rushing through my head pretty fast. I go into an anxiety mode where im so scared. It takes a while to wear off (usually wears off when i focus on something else like watching tv). But it only happens if i sleep before 4 am. Today i slept at 2 am or so and around 3:20am I woke up (scared, confused, blurry vision) This is getting annoying and scary. Has anyone ever experienced this? Sidenote: A while before this started happening I would have anxiety attacks most nights before i slept but never this.
