See I don't know if I ever experienced depersonalization in the first place, all I know is that once upon a time I stumbled upon this forum and it felt familiar. The thing is my anxiety is really bad. Much worse now then usual...so bad that I can't even drink sometimes. The thing is the people around me make my anxiety even worse (they all panic OMG you're not eating OMG if this doesn't end OMG hospital ;p). So...any advice? This is a strange one.

If you had DP/DR, you'd know it. It's a profound change in how you experience everything. Your body, your thoughts , and everything around you seem as though they don't exist. It's like being on consciousness-altering drugs from one second to the next. It sounds as though you do have something unpleasant, like, I dunno, social anxiety or panic disorder or something. Both of those are way more threatable than DP/DR. I don't want to increase your already high anxiety, but they can both lead to DP/DR, though. May I suggest that you seek help soon?

How old are you, BTW. DP/DR tends to hit between like 16 and about 23, give or take. There are exceptions (we have one member who has had it since age 6!!!), but these ages acout for 90-plus percent of the cases.
