I had a great time these two months without dp but yesterday I suddenly felt like my hands are numb and my body is weird/floaty and today after I woke up I started feeling muscle tension in my hands and legs, head pressure too. It's not pain but a very unpleasant sensation. Also my vision is weird, darkened and I just don't feel real.. anyone having these symptoms?

Yup, my dp was also gone...and now it is back and I notice that I have really high anxiety and super aware of everything again...
I have to force myself to go outside etc etc,,,,
Yes and the numbness etc is the same....
Not feeling real I am also having it...
Try to think that it was gone for 2 months....so it is not 24 hours a day...It can go away...I know difficult but that tought is helping me lot.
