I've had it since I was at least 8 or 9. I know that's not common, I was just curious.

Looking back I sometimes wonder if I had it a bit earlier, but that's probably just me trying to make sense of my current situation.

i think i got mine around 17... drug induced + being shy didnt help any. Once i realized i had it im able to gradually improve.

Mine was when I was around 15/16 I'm now 18 and it was a process of getting worse and worse over several months until it reached the state that it is in now.

I had for a moment or two aged 11 when I was in a stressful situation.

Then for a moment or two when I was 17 in a stressful situation.

It became continuous when I was 24.

I didn't know what it was until I found out months ago there was name to it
