First I'd like to say on treatment I have an entire post refuting slopsism titled "slopsism recovery, overcame slopsism- the impossible refuted" it should be very helpful for anyone currently suffering. I just think it's interesting that astronauts have actually been prone to this syndrome , without dp or dr, for being isolated for so long. They start to believe the world isn't external to their minds. How do they overcome this? Surely someone talks to them afterwards but there has to be a way they help? My therapist never even seemed to get to it or really help.. and there's never much evidence on the internet about how astronauts coped with the scariest thought in the world...Any thoughts on this?
