I have some tinnitus and head pressure alongside the dr and dp.
Also fear.
Anyone else?
Do you have any other sxs beside just being numb?

Yes sxs means symptoms.I have lots of symptoms (as do many with DP/DR) but most of them can be sorta grouped into DP or DR. Or at least related to those two.
For example, the person I see in the mirror doesn't look like me, and I have emotional blunting/anhedonia. Might be DP related. I have micropsia and macropsia. Could be DR. I also have light sensitivity. Time goes very fast. Bad brain fog. All sorts of shit. I have problems with fear and anxiety too.
I had tinnitus for a year before DP/DR, don't think it's related (may very well be in your case though!).
By "sxs" do you mean symptoms?
I do have some hypnagogic hallucinations up on awakening sometimes.Tinnitus, hypnagogic hallucinations, and occasional headaches are normal. They might get worse with stress.
Yeah I have some macropsia.I have lots of symptoms (as do many with DP/DR) but most of them can be sorta grouped into DP or DR. Or at least related to those two.

I believe in the theory that tinnitus is your dead hearing continuously sounding off and your brain is supposed to tune it out or ignore it. That would explain why tinnitus becomes worse after hearing loss and why its perceived volume changes depending on mood and so forth.I do have some hypnagogic hallucinations up on awakening sometimes.
Do you have the tinnitus?
The frequency and sound of it varies. Sometimes it's loud, and other times, very very low.
I can agree with that.I believe in the theory that tinnitus is your dead hearing continuously sounding off and your brain is supposed to tune it out or ignore it. That would explain why tinnitus becomes worse after hearing loss and why its perceived volume changes depending on mood and so forth.
Visual snow is another interesting thing like ears ringing. Everyone's eyes have visual snow, but sometimes people experience it more strongly or become distracted by it. A lot of people don't notice their visual snow or have forgotten about it until they experience depersonalization. Upon noticing it and being disturbed by it they want to rid themselves of it, but it's a normal phenomenon.I can agree with that.
When I clench my jaw, it's worse. Idk, very odd.
It's only around when the dr and dp are present...
And I think stress does indeed cause tinnitus, even in ppl who don't have dr dp per se.
I've heard ppl talk about visual snow and floaters. I don't have the snow...Visual snow is another interesting thing like ears ringing. I get that ear ringing can be very annoying. It can add an extra layer of difficulty to meditating or relaxing. Sometimes a meditation session or attempt to sleep becomes more about trying not to be bothered by tinnitus, in which case background noise might be helpful. Protect your hearing, people, as well as your jaws and teeth.
