Don't worry about that. I've had twitches here and there way before I had DP. Twitches are for the most part normal and usually signal a slight B-vitamin deficiency, speaking of which, it wouldn't hurt taking some good B-Complex supplements.

Could be nothing, could be something. I get them, my belief is that they are neurogenic tremors. When a wild animal gets a rush of adrenaline it either freezes, flights or fights. This adrenaline can contract muscles frozen and when that is released naturally in an animal they shake and release it.. as humans we can condition ourselves to view this shaking as a weakness so we stop ourselves and it stays locked in. TRE (tension releasing exercises) can be helpful to release it. I go back and forth to it over the years, it would take a lot of times to fully release all the tension and it takes a lot of commitment.. This video isn't a full or official routine, but it did work for me. Again, this is ONE explanation for the tremors, it could be many things:
