I couldnt sleep last night and today i dont even feel human. I dont understand anything. I feel like im in a cloud of confusion. My anxiety is really bad too. Im also afraid Im developing like DID where you think youre different people because I dont feel like myself and I seem to feel like whoever Im watching/interacting with. Idk. Just scared and out of it.

I get +100 intrusive thoughts when ive slept poorly really blights my whole day. I need like 10 hours sleep to be functional nowadays sucks cos i used to be a night owl now i've gotta be good.

Be good to yourself today. Do the lifestyle things water etc. Have a relaxing evening and finish with a boring book. You'll feel better tommorow
